Realize that you are capable of instantly transforming negative experiences into something positive, that you are worthy of respect and equality, everything will work out for your highest good, feel safe to open your heart and learn to trust again, you are rational, balanced and know your truth (and speak it), accept yourself exactly as you are, right at this very moment, realize that every emotion is legitimate and allow yourself to feel however you want to feel (what you resist, persists), realize that you are changing in positive ways, making peace with your past and accepting yourself, you are safe, your needs and wants are just as important as everyone else's, trust your instincts and listen to your inner wisdom, be kind to others and let others be kind to you, feel safe with those that are like you as well as different from you, feel safe, relaxed, and in harmony with all animals, be in harmony with all of life, the elements, be comfortable with any weather, you can be tranquil in the midst of chaos, have constant inner peace, stay peaceful when others are agitated or angry, have peace of mind, create peace in your world, transform fear into peace, anger into tranquility, uncertainty into confidence, hate into love, repression into freedom, bless everyone and the planet with love, know that we are all safe, all is well.
BE A GOOD LISTENER:
(We can become angry because of misunderstandings or not really listening to the other person or how they are feeling)
Realize that you are a good listener, enjoy listening to people, your listening skills are improving every day, find it easy to focus on, and be interested in what people are saying, be an extremely focused individual, easily recall info that people have told you, be an active listener, be engaged in people's conversations.
CONTROL YOUR EMOTIONS:
Find it easy to control (and always be aware of) your emotions, always be aware of negative emotions before they grow larger, realize that you can change your emotions and feelings, choose to always change your emotions to something more positive, your inner strength is higher than ever, be mentally strong and prepared to deal with anything, have your emotions always be positively focused, realize that you can dictate the way you want to feel, have your thoughts be positive all the time, positivity helps to control your emotions.
