This is video #003 in my playthrough of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD for the Nintendo Wii U. I am playing in Normal Mode. Unfortunately, the next day, monsters attacked at Ordona Spring and abducted Link's friends! When Link pursued, he was pulled into the twilight that had fallen over Faron Woods, and he became a wolf. He came to in a twilit castle, where he met Midna. Now, he will explore this area. Twilit Castle: Wolf Link resumes in the twilit castle's dungeon. In the southern cell, Midna will help him figure out the chain hanging from the ceiling. When he targets and bites it, it will open a nearby grate. Link takes the opened tunnel down to the sewers. As he exits the tunnel, Midna gives him advice on talking to spirits. Press X to engage Link's wolf senses, and he can listen to spirits' thoughts. Link sets out to explore the sewers. There are easy Shadow Vermin skittering around; they die in one attack. There are little nooks, but they do not contain anything of exceptional value. Some contain Shadow Vermin. From the first intersection, Link can turn east to find a crossroads. Spikes block the path leading north. Link must go south first and pull a chain. This opens a sluice gate to let water in. Link can now swim north. At the northern crossroads, Link must go west to pull another chain at the end of the corridor. This opens a sluice gate that drains the water. East from the northern crossroads, a scene takes place. Link must catch up with Midna past the bars. At the base of the bars, there is a crawlway in the southern wall. The path leads Link back out to the main corridor, where Midna rejoins him. In the northeast, Link finds himself in the base of a tower with a spiraling path. The player learns about Midna-jumping, which Wolf Link will have to do to progress at various points throughout the story. There are three Midna-jumping spots during the climb to the top room. At the top room of the tower, some Shadow Keese will attack. From atop the debris in the northwest, Link can Midna-jump to a higher door and head outside. A scene takes place as Link emerges to the castle rooftops. Midna advises Link to go to the tall tower ahead. To the north of the starting spot, Link finds another spirit. If he engages his senses and talks to the spirit, he will learn where he is. Color me unsurprised. From the spirit, Link must turn east. After pushing the crate to the wall he can proceed east. In his delivery box, he receives gil for a chunk of Beitetsu, a Wind Cluster, and a stack of Earth Crystals that sold at auction. Many thanks to the buyers! Heorot puts an item in his Mog Safe. Afterwards, Heorot heads out to Bastok Mines. Bastok Mines (time 1:37): Heorot teleports to Misareaux Coast, Tavnazian Archipelago. Misareaux Coast (time 2:03): Heorot arrives at Home Point #1 at G-5. Up the hill, he examines the Undulating Confluence at G-5 to enter Escha - Ru'Aun. Escha - Ru'Aun (time 2:45): Heorot arrives at H-11. After summoning his Trust NPCs, he hunts some more Eschan Il'aern in this zone. Heorot accrues 2 Job Points for an overall total of 304 Job Points earned. He has a current total of 8 Job Points. When he has finished for now, he uses the Undulating Confluence at H-11 to return to Misareaux Coast, Tavnazian Archipelago. Misareaux Coast (time 56:15): Heorot arrives at G-5. Just down the hill to the west, he uses Home Point #1 at G-5 to teleport to Port Jeuno. Port Jeuno (time 56:53): Heorot trades his Crests to Shami at H-8 for storage. Then, he teleports to Bastok Markets. Bastok Markets (time 58:46): Heorot trades his Copper A.M.A.N. Voucher to Isakoth at E-11. In Mjoll's Goods, he sells his loot to Olwyn at E-11. Then, Heorot teleports to Bastok Mines. Bastok Mines (time 1:00:49): At the auction house, Heorot puts two Pellucid Stones up for sale. Afterwards, Heorot enters the residential area. They also went to Colony 11 and discussed the topic "Fortifying Food". Now, they will do a quest that has become available in Colony 9. They will also do a quest in the Low Maktha Wildwood. The party resumes at the Hillside Ferronis Hulk in Millick Meadows, Aetia Region. They skip to the Colony 9 Assembly Square in Colony 9. In the Assembly Square, they learn the info "News of Eilis (1/2)". In the north, they learn "News of Eilis (2/2)". At the Canteen, the party discusses "News of Eilis". This starts the standard quest "A Chance Encounter". They must look for Eilis in the vicinity of Li Garte Prison Camp. The party skip travels to the Prison Camp, Freight Gate, in the Agnus Castle Barbican, Cadensia Region. Just to the northeast, they approach Eilis in the Perimeter Woodland of Li Garte Prison Camp for a scene. Some City folk arrive, including a familiar face. The party must gather some things in the Perimeter Woodland: 10 Stavepetals, 10 Titanic Bee Hives, and 10 Sodie Stones. Near a pond just northeast of Eilis's Levnis, the party can find Stavepetals. They approach the target marker for a scene with Mwamba. He gives them 8 Stavepetals. By a tree some ways north of the pond, they find Titanic Bee Hives. They approach Eilis for a scene. She gives them 6 Titanic Bee Hives. Near Watchtower No. 1, the party finds Sodie Stones. They approach Hackt for a scene. He gives them 7 Sodie Stones. Back to the south, the party approaches Riggie at Eilis's Levnis for a scene. "A Chance Encounter" complete! The party skip travels to the Colony 9 Front Gate, Aetia Region, to check around the colony. Then, they skip travel to the Warning Tree in the Low Maktha Wildwood, Pentelas Region. They go south. Hazard Neutralization from Segiri sure helps. At a Skirmish between Bergest Rhanas and Etrekt Ageshus, the party assists the Etrekt Ageshus for Colony Tau affinity points. In the southwest, they climb Gingin's Treehouse and talk to the cryptic Gingin. This starts the standard quest "The Wildwood Life". The party examines Gingin's Tracks nearby. They follow them down to the ground and then southeast to the shore. A scene with Gingin takes place. The party examines Gingin's Tracks again. They follow them north, northeast, and east. Another scene with Gingin takes place. The party examines Gingin's Tracks once more. They follow them northeast and east. A scene with Gingin takes place. The party examines Gingin's Tracks again. The tracks eventually lead them back to Gingin's Treehouse. A scene with Gingin takes place when they arrive. Sounds like they should return when seven anvils ring, whatever that means. "The Wildwood Life" complete! After checking on Gingin again, the party heads northeast. In the middle of the swamp, they set Fiona as the active Hero. They take on the Spartan Fennick, a Level 78 unique Ageshu. This fowl fiend is tough. I was worried there near the start, but the team pulled through. Fiona can be quite useful during chain attacks. After defeating the Spartan Fennick, Soulhacker learns the Master Art Ministorm. The party skip travels to the Namba Mound Camp in Dannagh Desert, Fornis Region. Cheerio has a horrifying proposition! The party talks to Totoma. They turn in materials, and Totoma upgrades the HD Ether Cylinder+ to Version 3.0. They talk to Totoma again. They turn in more materials, and Totoma upgrades the HD Ether Cylinder+ to Version 4.0. They talk to Totoma once more. They don't have quite as many of the materials this time, but they have enough. Totoma upgrades the HD Ether Cylinder+ to Version 5.0. The HD Ether Cylinder+ is now at maximum capacity. The party sets Ino as the active Hero. They upgrade her with Inoswap. Also, Mio finally sets her second Soul Link slot under Interlink. The party skip travels to the Hillside Ferronis Hulk in Millick Meadows, Aetia Region. They set Triton as the active Hero. For Zilart Mission 15: "The Sealed Shrine", he visited Gilgamesh in Norg and Aldo in Jeuno before returning to the Shrine of Ru'Avitau for a cutscene. Now, for Zilart Mission 16: "The Celestial Nexus", it is finally time to explore the Shrine of Ru'Avitau and confront Eald'narche. Heorot resumes at his Mog House in Bastok. In his delivery box, he receives payment for Earth Crystals that sold on the auction house. Thank you to the buyer! Then, Heorot heads out. Bastok Mines (time 1:07): At the auction house, Heorot puts up a stack of Water Crystals for sale. He visits Neigepance at the chocobo stables to sell off some loot from his most recent training session in Ordelle's Caves. He also sets Home Point #1 near the auction house as his current home point. Then, Heorot uses the Survival Guide at I-9 to teleport to Ru'Aun Gardens, Tu'Lia. Ru'Aun Gardens (time 3:26): Heorot arrives at H-11 on the southern island of Ru'Aun Gardens. Using the nearby red teleporter, he goes to H-11 in the south of the main island. To the north, Heorot takes the Ru'Avitau Gate to the Shrine of Ru'Avitau at H-8. Shrine of Ru'Avitau (time 6:03): Heorot starts at H-12 on the second map. This area has blue gates and yellow gates. They are controlled by switches, much like the colored gates in Zelda: A Link to the Past. Heorot must reach a stairway in the middle of this floor, but he must approach it from one of the northern entrances. Heorot operates the eastern Monolith at H-10 to open the yellow gates. This also closes the blue gates. To the east, Heorot exits at L-11 to Ru'Aun Gardens. Ru'Aun Gardens (time 10:23): Heorot arrives at J-8 on the bottom level of the long eastern island. I note that this place is home to Fire Elementals. Heorot uses the red teleporter at K-7 to go to the small east/northeastern island at K-7. I was hoping that this island's red teleporter would lead to the long northeastern island, but no such luck. After a couple of attempts, Heorot uses Home Point #4 at K-7. He teleports to Home Point #1 at H-4 on the small northern island. This time, he successfully takes the red teleporter at H-5 to the long northeastern island. On the lowest level of the northeastern island, Heorot takes the I-6 entrance to the Shrine of Ru'Avitau. Shrine of Ru'Avitau (time 17:46): Heorot arrives at K-5 in the northeast of the Shrine of Ru'Avitau's second map. To get beyond the yellow gate at J-7, the yellow gates must be open.
