Quite hard as you can only use those that easily fills up the Power Balance. You need at least 9 Hi-connect here and can use the low PB filler Piccolo so you need to get hit so that the enemy has more of the bar than you then keep blocking until the retreat to charge. Attack them then and they will eventually do a back dash decreasing their energy further so keep at it until they use ut up. Then do Hi connect sending them up continuously as that seems to fill the bar lesser than continuous slamming of the enemy to the ground.

Seems like Crit is not a good one to master seal which is my mistake that I continued just to show the master seals. If you want to farm focus on attack Seals and the starter max (3k) attack seal Tanemon if you have 60pcs seal opener and 300 Seal Exchange. Or the one defense seal Upamon if you want to grid levels in File Island. I heard 400+ def will be enough but you should also get attack seals as chances are even if you can level starting from level 1 there your normal attacks will mss, unlike your skills.
