Friend got a good deal on a Smith & Wesson M&P 15-22 because it was a California or some other state compliant firearm. It had the stock pinned in place so you couldn't adjust it. What a dumb idea!--to require a stock to be non-adjustable so that only large people can shoot it comfortably. What about women and/or smaller framed people? Don't they deserve to have a firearm that fits them too? Anyways, enough rant--just a quick video showing how I removed the pin in the pinned stock to allow my friend to adjust the stock of the gun for his wife and kids too.
