Sup guys, in this video I'm going to break it down for you and tell you how to completely avoid phenibut withdrawal as well as give you a general phenibut review.
I've been using nootropics for about five years now and am one of those types of people who will try just about anything and everything as soon as it comes out. That said, whenever I would read something about it online, I always saw people say stuff like, "Don't take it every day!" and "You can only take it once a week!"
In my experience that's been total rubbish. I took 1g - 1.5g of phenibut daily for nearly two years (on and off) and never had any withdrawal symptoms except for one time which I'll explain in the video.
Phenibut is great for anti-anxiety, but it's also good for recreational use. However like anything else, be sure not to abuse it. You want to make sure that you've got your phenibut dosage dialed in according to your body weight and individual sensitivity. I found that 1g for me was the sweet spot, although eventually I decided to stop taking it because I felt like it reduced my intelligence.
