My Fish have white blobs on them and white scales. I believe they have some sort of fungus/parasite “Ich” which can be treated by a certain salt level in the fish tank. The formula is 1 Tbsp per 3 gallons, if that doesn’t work, 1 Tbsp per 2 gallons, and then 1 Tsbp per 1 gallon of water. I’m at stage 1 and put a little over 4 cups of salt (water softener salt from Home Depot) in the tank. I mixed it into a bucket of water until it dissolved and poured 1/3rd of the bucket every 10 minutes. Making sure the fish looked ok.
