Thanks to Julian for writing an auto-transcoder that I can set to do batch, single or custom transcode to Mp4, it works with Adobe just fine now, I do not need to ditch Prem, Photoshop etc.
Said software will be made freeware for anyone to use once we have trialed it properly.
cabin camera was aimed a little low but it worked OK, got some improvement to make.

I used a sheet of thin plastic (Mylar I think) from a old 42" LCD panel as a bearing surface.
