The media and social media is often a tool that effects our mental health and spiritual well being often. #socialmedia is everyone's little indulgance that is kept secret. Yet we need to bring this guilty pleasure to light so we can reclaim control over the effects and purpose social media serves in our thoughts and shaping the scope and intent of our manifestations in our personal lives.
