Serves for 3 - 4 person

Lemon Rice Ingredients:

- 4 Small Bowls Cooked Rice
- 2 tbsp Gingelly Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 3 Dried Chillies
- Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Chana Dal
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Minced Ginger
- 6 Green Chillies
- 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- Juice from 1 Lemon
