FTL stands for "Follow The Leader". I learned this training technique from Mr. Wiggles of the Electric Boogaloos. This popping training series is designed specifically to strengthen your pop, your rhythm, and your ability to freestyle.
FTL-4 is designed specifically for poppers with trouble training with our regular FTL program. FTL-4 pauses for 4 beats instead of the normal 2 beats in our regular FTL series.
How to use this popping training series:
Watch the center screen to see what the leader is doing. When I pop on the 1,2,3,4, you pop on the 5,6,7,8. You will be 4 beats behind. Just simply follow the movements, focus on the power of your pop, and stay on beat. Do NOT try to guess what the leader will do. Don't stop until the end of the training. Try this multiple times throughout the day. You will improve if you never quit. Use a different episode to gain more movements as you get better with your popping skills. Now, put on your dancing shoes and let's get popping.
