Everything is gendered in our society; we have been taught that there are only 2 boxes to fit into: male or female. With those labels, come a massive amount of stereotypes and categorizations that limit us in so many ways. We are so much more than our gender and we have the RIGHT to self-narrate our own bodies! Money is often the center of our daily thoughts and a main cause of stress, especially as college students. Our mindset and beliefs about money hold more influence than we know. Here I share the first secret I have learned about manifesting money! For years, I felt that finances were a huge burden and weight on me. I felt like money was a root of evil and that I never had what I needed. Finally, I had a major realization during a weekend workshop I attended called EnWealth hosted by Paramahamsa Nithyananda... We manifest what we BELIEVE not what we DESIRE. If we believe that money corrupts people, our subconscious will obviously then push money away from us (because we don't want to be corrupted). If we believe that being poor makes us better people (more relatable, more understanding and down to earth), then we will continue to push money away because we see those things as a positive. When you start to feel fear or panic take over the body, what do you do? I used to get lost inside these emotions until they completely overtook me. Sharing with you guys the most simple and beautiful solution I found to overcome emotions through CHANTING! The Mahavakya (or ultimate mantra) was revealed by my guru Paramahamsa Nithyananda: OM NITHYANANDA MAHASADASHIVOHAM This mantra is not only easy to remember, but extremely powerful in aligning your koshas (energy bodies). This directly gives the experience of transcending the power of emotion in the body, whether its feeling overwhelmed, anxious, panic, depressed, you name it. It works. We search our whole lives for happiness, but often never reach it. Why is this? What are we missing here? Happiness is an emotion, something you feel when you are satisfied about an outside circumstance. Happiness DEPENDS on what is going on around you. There is no stability and constant ups and downs. We experience happiness in a shallow way, because it is conditional. On the other hand, BLISS is a permanent state. The bliss state is unchanging and unwaverable. When we establish ourselves in the state of bliss, no matter what is going on around us, we radiate bliss from WITHIN. Nothing can take away eternal bliss. While happiness is based outside of you, bliss is based inside of you. This is what makes bliss the ultimate state to reach; no one can take it from you. The ultimate spiritual goal of reaching enlightenment is congruent to being blissful always.
