A propane company in Massachusetts has decided that claiming ownership to homeowner’s propane tanks at newly constructed homes while denying to show any proof of ownership so that it can extort their business is a good way to expand its own. It is even going so far as to padlock the homeowner’s tanks so that they cannot have any other company fill them.
