If your cast iron is just "too far gone" to restore the seasoning, and you have to removing the rust and remaining seasoning back to ground zero, this is one of the best ways using natural and food grade methods to strip your cast iron in preparation for re-seasoning.

This awesome stuff won't just fit an F550... the subframe is the adapter plate for almost any vehicle a cabover is desired for that does not have a tilting forward cab. I really like these collaboration builds, because it brings to light what could be possible if you knew more about what is available and how well built things can be.

I searched the world over and could not find an oil catch can video to really suit my needs... so I made my own. If you have a VW TDI that has lost power over the years, it might be that your intake is coked up with oil. Eliminate that problem with an oil catch can! In this video, I show you how to clean the intakes and install an oil catch can on a 2001 VW New Beetle TDI. No more sluggish engine... no more tired starts an inability to rev more that 3500 RPM... no more air intake getting choked off and starved for air. Fix that problem with an easy DIY solution.

I crunch the numbers, do the math, and determine what cuts in the frame that are needed in order to drop the frame height 8 1/4" so the the lunette ring can be mounted level with the LMTV pintle hitch. The frame gets cut and spot welded into place... but did I get it right? You will just have to watch and see.
