Trying a Pellet Smoker in Freezing Cold Weather
I'm sorry. Grilling is not just a Spring / Summer thing.
I love BBQ 365/24/7.
That being said, with this huge cold front, I've never cooked in freezing weather so in todays video we embrace the cold and fire up the Pit Boss Pro Series Elite 1600.

Today we tried out the Easy Kabob Maker and it was fun and easy to make delicious kabobs for the whole family to enjoy.
For our pork kabob we ground up:
- 2 pounds of Tender Pork Loin
- 2 Green Bell Pepers
- 1 Sweet Onion
- 1 Whole Garlic
Seasoned with Uncle Steves Shake Competition Pig Rub
(but you can use salt and pepper to season as well)
After it was ground up and mixed together we used the Easy Kabob Maker to shape the meat onto the skewers.
There was a small learning curve but after a while we got the hang of it.
Flavor was great! Next time we will try using Beef. Cheers all!
