I found it a daily battle to fit in and find my place amongst the crowds. We as Humans are pack animals and all we do in life is try to fit in right? Who wants to be pushed out and alone? No one!
I found the more I tried to find myself in school with groups, the more I realized I thought differently, acted differently and wanted different things from life. This mind-set expressed its self in the way I spent my free time. While I was thinking about where I wanted to be in the next 10 years of my life and ultimately try to find my calling, even at such a fragile age. I did not fall into social trends or pressures, but created my own paths and walked it with pride.

Compilation of footage from the last 2 weeks training on this program. We are taking a fasting focused, one meal a day approach.
Keeping insulin sensitivity as high as possible around the workout to be as anabolic and muscle sparing as possible while training. We are giving the body more than enough stimuli to grow by staying in the pain zone as much as possible with one set training with high volume on the week.
Every working set you see in this video is 20 reps for 1 working set with maximum exertion, making sure we exhaust the muscle in all facets of the ranges of motion.
