My family and I started the Choose Joy Foundation in honor of my Sister, Sara Frankl, who passed away in September of 2011 at the age of 38 years old. As a young women, Sara was diagnosed with a disease that left her in constant pain and confined to her home. Sara blogged about her life journey with pain, sickness, loss and through it all, joy.
