So must of my vidoes are to introduce thinkers to my audience so that they may gain insight and an interest in the thinkers work/ideas. I'm afraid this may do the exact opposite. The book I'm reading from is entitled "Deleuze- History and Science". It is a collection of essays from Manuel Delanda working out the materialist metaphysics of Gilles Deleuze. Concepts are borrowed from abstract mathematics, like differential calculus and group theory, and are applied to philosophical considerations- namely ontology and metaphysics. This can lead to one big headache. My advice is of you want to discern the insights here don't tune out when you start getting confused, because you will get confused as I do, but keep going.
