Scaling Up is a business skill, the second version of another great and famous book, called the "Rockefeller Habits". I read the audiobook and I did not find it too good. There were a lot of graphics and things I could not understand very good. There was also another point that I needed to highlight because I found this book to be not so useful for very small business, such as Simple Programmer. It happens to be more useful for bigger companies, with more employees.
