Jaguar Mods: Roller vs. Mustang Bridge | Chinese Version Bad | 2nd Tone | Active Buffer
Bridge shootout of a modified Mustang Bridge and a Wilkinson roller bridge. Both are good choices for a Jaguar, Jazzmaster (any kind of "offset" guitars) or Bigsby guitars.
Stay away from the cheap Chinese knock-off roller bridge though.
Also, I'm installing a 2nd Tone Capacitor inspired by the original Jazzmaster wiring.
Finally, I'm showing you how to get glassy active pickup sounds, with any passive pickup, using an active buffer.

Monacor KU-516 horn driver (160-6,500 Hz frequency range)
1m 10*12mm (inner*outer diameter) Silicone Food Grade Rubber Tube (e.g. usually used for drink dispensers)
Water hose flange/adapter
Power amp: If you don't have a dedicated power amp, you can also e.g. use an old (car) radio or the amp from old PC speakers to drive the Talkbox.

Shootout between Tune-o-Matic, Stoptail, Roller Bridge and Düsenberg Les Trem 2.
Everybody knows, that installing a Bigsby vibrato gives you a smoother top end, or you lose some treble, and the low strings might get dull.
And to my surprise, a Les Trem 2 didn't have any effect on my guitars tone. The scientific evidence for this unbelievable claim is provided in this video.

Demo of a 5B5-01 Free-Way Switch (blade switch), which gives you all the Strat pickup combinations you could possibly every want (various pickups in series, in parallel etc.).
I'm playing various sound examples with 10 different pickup combinations.
