This dual alternator wind turbine is a low rpm vertical turbine which is unique in its design. It combines an axial flux alternator with a modified ceiling fan permanent magnet alternator. Both alternators are powered by a set of Lenz wings.
Shorted amps for the axial flux is over 3 amps and 1amp for the ceiling fan. As a vertical setup, the output is much less when compared to a horizontal wind turbine. The "windmill" is more fun than functional. It will give good output when installed in a windy location.

In the first part of the video you can se the permanent magnets position versus the electromagnet coils. The second half of the film reveals some of the problems you will face if you chose to perform dynamic test with a propeller and at the same time wish to document the test with a video camera.
