A silent promo for the new https://odysee.com LBRY site with a time lapse I shot of the sky. If you want to slow down the timelapse, use the handy playback speed feature of the web player. Feel free to upload it to other platforms if you wish, or use the 1080p version published on my other channel: [Odysee Promo: Don't be evil - Sky Timelapse](lbry://dont-be-evil#e)

A timelapse shot of the Sturdies Bay Galiano ferry terminal from the Inn. I recorded this in the same time frame as the other timelapse shot, and you can see me setting up the phone for that shot, accidentally until I realized I was in this shot.
A beautiful timelapse of the sky and clouds with some trees on Galiano Island. I had to reposition the camera part way through, so I had put it aside, but I really liked the clouds... so I'm sharing it!
It's the moon! It appeared very large and orange when it popped up, then it was covered by clouds, then re-appeared, so I shot it. It moves pretty quickly through the frame when zoomed in enough to see some detail, so the playback is slower than usual, but it looks nice. If you have an urge to overlay Bitcoin charts, feel free to have fun with it.
This timelapse was recorded at 1 fps and plays at 300 fps and then again at 60 fps (decimated to 30 fps) so you can enjoy it fast and slow... I like the motion of the fast playback *and* the temporal detail only seen in the slower playback. The entire timelapse playing every recorded frame at 30 fps is about 10 minutes. Eventually I may make the high bit rate 1080p unedited footage available for LBRY purchase for use as stock, especially if anyone shows any interest in that.
These mushrooms aren't all that commonplace, I had never seen one in person until I saw them growing in my grandparent's back yard of all places. Their property was sold to a developer this year, so I wasn't going to be able to photograph them, but amazingly I found some growing close to where I now live in Vancouver! They were essentially on the boulevard, so they didn't last long (enough people are aware that they are hallucinogenic) but I managed to do a couple sessions of very nice photographs with them.
