The doctor said no more after an ultrasound of my liver. I'm in between treatments right now. Waiting for insurance approval if I am lucky. I did feel better while I took it in combination with the auto immune protocol diet. My channel activity will be minimal for now. Health has to come first. Psoriasis inflammation is the most difficult battle I have ever fought in my life and I was wrestling hammer drills through concrete at my physical peak during my time in the electrical apprenticeship. No I haven't had a drop of alcohol in five years. Don't get me started on how whiskey was all the health care I had for two years for the back injury I got building a hospital. Welcome to the trade of hard work.
On that note if you choose a path in construction be aware of those who do not care about your health because the job market can get that competitive and health care over here is a long wait. My 'psoriasis' started as an electrical burn to my leg and spread up my body over the years. We were told in our class that the job doesn't pay you to be safe. You are paid like you are because there are risks to construction. You are supposed to be trained to asses those risks and avoid them and make your team aware of them. And then they went on to say the day you get sick and sore remember, you already got paid. I will never forget them saying that to us. Here I am years later supposedly getting treated for the right thing and it's taken immense strength for me to not say much about it. If someone threatens your job and well being over refusing to do a task that could get you injured or killed too bad for them because they won't care once you are gone. I may as well title it methotrexate for electrical burns because health care doesn't seem to be aware how to treat such a thing. For that I had to inquire on an electrical forum where I was told to contact CETRI aka Chicago Electrical Trauma Rehabilitation Institute because why would Boston have such a facility for the best trained electrical work force.
I used to sing and play guitar. Here's my attempt at singing one of my favorite songs by Ozzy. You can find more of my stuff on YouTube for now at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOM07VfMKOyO1UAWqg0mGkQ
The love of my life told me she was going to die and I was heartbroken.
I can never forget our final ambulance ride the the hospice.
I didn't leave her side for her final seven days.
She was a great singer.
I still dream about her, us being happy.

I was going through radiation treatments for psoriasis at the time my life kind of imploded.
Here's a tune to convey my loss for words.
