Tom Mullen Talks Freedom Episode 04 Building the New Free State of New Hampshire with Carla Gericke
Carla Gericke is the President Emeritus of the Free State Project, a conspiracy to get tens of thousands of libertarians to move to NH, take over the state, and leave everyone alone. Carla just started her own webcast called the Carla Gericke Show and is again running for NH state senate against an opponent she describes as “an eighty-something, 12-term Establishment dude,” and she’s getting closer and closer to beating him.
President Biden has announced a ban on Russian oil imports into the United States. He acknowledges this will hurt American consumers but promises to ease as much pain as possible by punishing American gasoline providers. We’ve been here before.

The United States spends more on its military than the next ten nations combined. The vast majority of this spending does not go towards hot wars, but rather to maintain the worldwide standing army that includes hundreds of thousands of troops stationed outside U.S. borders. But as the NATO response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine just proved, no nuclear power can afford to go to war with another without risking an extinction level event. That means the over $750 billion Washington spends on “defense” is a massive waste of resources.

While thousands of Canadian truckers fight vaccine and mask mandates in Canada and cities, states, and nations begin repealing Covid restrictions amid public pressure, New York’s unelected governor continues to require schoolchildren to be masked. Joe Rogan continues to confound the information gatekeepers by hosting guests deemed unfit to be heard. The latest was Dr. Robert Malone, inventor and patent holder of the basic technology platform used to build mRNA vaccines like the Covid jabs. While their conversation was wide-ranging and informative, they like us arrive at the question no one has a definite answer for: are our would-be rulers evil or just stupid?
I provide one possible answer in today’s episode.
Robby Dinero is a gym owner and fitness coach in Orchard Park, NY> The state government tried to close him down in 2020. He fought it and won. Now, he's fighting the insanity in our schools. Robby joins Tom to discuss all the action on the front lines.
Tensions are high as the U.S. and NATO square off with Russia over Ukraine. This is just the latest in a series of ill-advised U.S. interventions that always end up backfiring. Scott Horton joins Tom to break down not only the Ukraine situation but the continuing disasters in the Middle East.
Eric Peters is widely known as “The Libertarian Car Guy” for his writing on how the government attacks our freedom through regulation of automobiles. But his lively pen and keen insight go far beyond the automotive. His latest article concerns a disturbing similarity between the way the Covid Regime in the U.S. is treating the unvaccinated with the way a notorious government from the 20th century treated a certain part of its own country’s population.
Politics has invaded every aspect of American life and the casualties have included entertainment. Comedy is no longer funny, entertainment award shows are unbearable, and Alan Mosely’s favorite genre, late night talk, has lost its soul. He joins Tom to discuss his own late night show, It’s Too Late with Alan Mosley, and his quest to revive a once-great format.
