The increasing weight per week is having more of an effect on my endurance than it is on my actual strength. I'm noticing that the 1st set is always very easy but then the 2nd and 3rd sets much harder than when I was using 15 less pounds. Fatigue + Weak grip = disaster today lol. Still not heavy, although fatigue is going to prevent me from going up to 120 pounds next week. I will repeat this same rep scheme with the same weight next week in order to give my body an extra week to acclimate to reintroducing the OHP strict press.
