Hypertrophy Week 4 - Bench Press 260x3x12 - Close Grip 260x12 (Epic Fail)
The increasing weight per week is having more of an effect on my endurance than it is on my actual strength. I'm noticing that the 1st set is always very easy but then the 2nd and 3rd sets much harder than when I was using 15 less pounds. Fatigue + Weak grip = disaster today lol. Still did my 12th rep so it's all good.
