Keep practicing, and give it about 2 weeks and you should be there. Step 1. Pull your bottom lip over your bottom teeth. Step 2. Ensure all of the top teeth are pressing against the tongue, keeping that in mind, position the tip of your tongue so that it sits just below the two top front teeth. Step 3. Once you have step 1 and 2 in place, try a licking motion with the tip of your tongue, behind your top two front teeth, slowly. Do this while breathing out. Step 4. While doing the first 3 steps, try bringing your top jaw down/up slightly... From there it is practise. Everyone's mouth/teeth/tongue etc is different, so you have to find the right position of those 3 steps that works for YOU. Lots of stories happen in the world, good and bad. If you REALLY want to know what else is happening in this big world of ours, go look for it, you have the internet, so use it. OR perhaps, you might enjoy the comfort of being "in the loop" by simply watching and believing the 6 o'clock "news".
