Here, I read from David Icke's 1999 book, "The Biggest Secret" where he popularized the understanding about reptilians in the public mind. I believe that the problematic ones are native to earth, not ET so they are referred to as repterrains. A recent talk that David Icke gave is "DAVID ICKE - ALIENS ARE HERE!
