How to make baked chicken wings from frozen chicken wings in less than 30 minutes. You don't need any additional ingredients to taste delicious, just chicken wings, cornmeal flour, a few spices, and coconut oil. Never cook or use mushy, unhealthy, green beans again. You don't need any additional ingredients to taste delicious, just a tab of butter and a few spices. That's it. Trust me, you can get perfect green beans every time. If these green beans are not quick and delicious, let me know in the comments below.
Don't be fooled by the claim that butter is unhealthy. Butter is a better choice than vegetable oil and it could reduce inflammation in your body; it contains vitamins A, E (anti-oxidant), CLA (reduce cancer).
Ingredients:
1 pound of frozen green beans (any brand)
2 teaspoons of Irish grass-fed butter
Himalayan salt (salt to taste)
Cayenne pepper (pepper to taste)
Ingredients for Green Bean Casserole and let me know in the comments if you want me to do a green bean casserole:
Additional ingredients for your casserole:
2 slices of uncured bacon no antibiotics
1 cup of shredded white sharp cheddar
1 clove of garlic
1 yellow onion diced
1/4 stick of Irish butter
4 tablespoons coconut flour
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 cup minced almonds
Preparation Chop up the green beans into pieces. Place butter in a medium heated saucepan and mix all ingredients except minced almonds. Place green beans into a pan and pour ingredients on top and mix. Place minced almonds on top of the pan. Place in a preheated oven (350 degrees) and bake for 35 minutes. That's it!

How to exercise at home & track for free. I cycle for 30-40 minutes on most days, and I use my Fitbit or Apple watch to track my activity. Use your smartphone to track your exercise minutes, steps, flights climbed, and other activities. Research has shown that it might underestimate your activity but it is a useful tool to obtain your fitness goals.
Go to "Settings", then "Privacy", select "Motion & Fitness", and turn on the "Fitness Tracking". Go to the Health icon on your smartphone to see a summary of your minutes, steps, and other activity information for today, the past 7 days, the past 30 days, and for the past 12 months.
