Once you enter the Elite Four, there’s no turning back and you must beat each one in a row. Starting with the first one, Lorelei is skilled in using Ice type Pokémon. If Dewgong runs out of HP, it will use Rest to fully recover. Cloyster has high physical Defense and will use Clamp to immobilize targets by repeating the move for 2-5 turns. Slowbro will become more defenseful by using Withdraw and Amnesia. Lapras will be the hard part as it uses Confuse Ray to confuse then Body Slam to paralyze. It also knows Blizzard that causes massive damage and can sometimes freeze targets. A move like Thunderbolt will easily work best for this round.

Go downhill by a Zinger and you’ll find a DK Barrel. After some Klampons and a Spiny, go past a red bee to find the “K” letter but watch for a yellow Klobber in pursuit. The next DK Barrel is over a set of Klampons before a Krook throws a hook. Descend by some more Krooks and Zingers then you’ll descend by big platforms. Get the “O” letter that’s over one bee and you’ll find the Star Barrel. Descend where you’ll find Neek rats and Klampons on platforms and stay to the right to find the “N” letter. Go through an opening and you’ll find a treasure box that contains a cannonball. Carry the cannonball and go through another opening to find the “G” letter. Insert the cannonball into the cannon and blast off. The bonus area has bees downhill. You have 20 seconds to go to the basement for the DK Coin. Back in the main area, keep descending by some bees along with porcupines and you’ll find the goal at the basement.

As you explore the Lunar Subterrane, you’ll find a weapon called the Murasame, but as you’re about to take it, you’ll have to have a duel with a White Dragon first. Attacking the White Dragon will make it counter with slow spells so that the affected fighter takes longer to make its next turn. If you attempt to have Rydia summon anyone to aid the battle, the White Dragon will counter with an earthquake that damages all of your fighters at once. Fire, ice, and lightning spells will heal the White Dragon instead of damage it, and by doing so, it will counter with its own elemental spells. The White Dragon will eventually summon cyclones that affects all of your fighters, reducing their health to single digits. If you casted a float spell before, the earthquakes cannot get to your team as it will fail. After the battle, you’ll receive the Murasame.

The stage leads off with fairy bees, pink skulls, bullies, pigs, and antique cactuses. If you shoot down a skeleton fighter, it will just fall apart but come back to life again. Some of the volcanoes may release clouds, so be sure to dodge them. If a set of cannonballs surround you, just shoot them down. If you see skeletal dinosaurs in the sand, they may emerge from the sand, so just get out of their way. If you see a hole in the distance, jump to the other side, but watch for antique cactuses, machine heads, bats, pigs, and forming skeletons. Once you see more holes, white skulls will fly by, and frogs will appear from the ground. Once the same species surround you randomly, the ground ahead will crack into a hole, so be ready to jump. Jump from side to side and dodge everything that appears. Enter the cave and you’ll battle against a cobra. The cobra will throw purple flames before teleporting to another spot. After you defeat it, you’ll advance to the next stage.
