Daylight and sunbeams crush down like a dream
The people move slowly, they run thick as creme
It's close to the end, I can't take anymore
For soul, mind, and heart are now shattered and torn
So I move through the crowd and I nod at each face
But the faces are empty, their souls all misplaced
And that's when I hear it, the beat of a drum
The rolling of thunder like God's finally come.
The drum becomes hoofbeats, the crowd starts to matter
And all are afraid of what comes so they scatter
I feel myself pushed so I let myself go
The crowd has divided; I'm in the front row
And I see ninety horses, and on each a rider
Black as sleep, strong as death, tall as noise, if not higher
They all ride in profile a mile away,
They're turning towards me, I hear myself say,
"No! I cannot!" But I know that I can.
"I can't keep this secret, I'm no son of man."
The crowd is now silent, their fear is drowned out,
By the thunder of hooves and the whispers of doubt
The horses are all running past one by one
And though like the rest, I'm afraid, I've begun
To grow anxious, to wonder, to what destination
Are all of these riders of destiny taken?
The last horse goes by, the thunder dies out
I find my last strength and break free of the crowd
And I follow the beast at a run, with a will
For it and its kin are now cresting a hill
And I know if I lose sight for even a moment
I'll miss the grand chance to find out where my life went.
I charge up the hill as the horse turns to glass
I stumble, and fall, and slide through the grass
I look up in wonder, I see all the faces
The crowd had misplaced..
And I know of them now
They are family, and friends, and lost loves, and somehow
I know that I'm home, and I never will leave
But somehow yet troubled; is it this I believe?

The concept of Mista-Peo, as interpreted through the lens of Jungian psychology and the cultural practices of the Naskapi Indians of the Labrador Peninsula, offers a fascinating glimpse into the universal human quest for inner guidance and understanding. This indigenous belief system, devoid of organized religious structures, presents a pure, unmediated relationship between the individual and their inner world, providing valuable insights into Carl Jung's theories of the unconscious, individuation, and the self.

Emerging from the gritty underbelly of Chicago's industrial scene in the mid-90s, Big Fat Fucks carved a niche for themselves with their unapologetically aggressive sound and politically charged lyrics. Founded by vocalist and lead guitarist Max Carnage, bassist Sludge, drummer Hammer, and synth-player Blitz, the band quickly gained notoriety for their raw, explosive live performances and dark, dystopian aesthetic. Their debut album, "Anarchy Engine," released in 1996, featured a blend of heavy guitar riffs, electronic distortions, and visceral vocals that spoke to the disillusionment and rebellion of a generation.
Big Fat Fucks became infamous not just for their music but for their chaotic live shows, which often featured elaborate stage sets resembling post-apocalyptic wastelands and intense pyrotechnics that left venues reeking of sulfur and rebellion. The band's controversial antics, including their notorious on-stage destruction rituals, garnered as much attention as their music, cementing their image as industrial metal icons. Songs like "Gear Grind" and "Toxic Shock" became anthems within the underground music scene, praised for their brutal honesty and sonic brutality.
Despite internal conflicts and the volatile nature of their performances, Big Fat Fucks managed to produce two more albums before disbanding in 2001 amid a cloud of rumors and legal issues. Their brief but impactful career left a lasting imprint on the industrial metal genre, influencing a slew of bands that dared to combine metallic riffs with industrial noise. Today, Big Fat Fucks remain a cult favorite, remembered for pushing the boundaries of music and stage performance, and their records are revered as some of the most pivotal works in industrial metal history.
