Translator Notes:
Bighorn gets mad at Tasmanian Kid by asking him konokuchi ka (この口か) which literally means, Is this your mouth? What he’s really referring to is to kiss someone else with their lips.
Everyone begins to get fed up with Bighorn’s complaints and start to repeat mushi (無視) meaning to ignore or disregard someone. But Bighorn mishears them and thinks the mushi they’re referring to means bug / insect (虫). Then Bighorn tries to correct them by saying that he’s an ushi (牛) which is a cow / bull / ox
This was extremely difficult to convey the same mis-hearing of the word in English, as well as coming up with a way that stayed true to the original meaning. We decided to use the expression pooh-pooh, as it means to disregard someone, and then use the expression moo-moo since it works with him referring himself to being a bull.
Apache uses an old expression called sarumono, hibikiutoshi (去る者、日々に疎し) which is the equivalent of Out of sight, out of mind.

Lio Convoy uses a common expression Saihanagerareta (賽は投げられた) or literally, the die is cast, there’s no turning back or the latin phrase alea jacta est.
Galvatron says to Lio Convoy, Neboketa koto wo iu na (寝ぼけた事を言うな) or literally “Stop talking as if you were half-asleep.” What it really means is for one to stop talking nonsense, or talking as if they know something that they have no knowledge about.

Translator Notes:
While shining the Tako Tank, Scuba sings this short verse that many children learn to count by 2’s. The verse in Japanese goes like this: Chuu, Chuu, Tako Kaina (ちゅうちゅうタコかいな). To break it down, he literally says, “Kiss, kiss, and an octopus’s arms.” Usually the following kanji (腕) is read as ude. However, in this case, it’s read as kaina. The reference is to 2 kisses plus an octopus’s 8 arms, equals 10. We’ve modified this slightly so it makes sense in English.
When Scuba catches both Hellscream and Max-B, Hellscream says to Scuba, Kono Tako (このタコ). As mentioned earlier, Tako generally refers to an octopus, but in this case it’s slang for something that is stupid or idiotic. Thus we’ve used the English slang term octo-moron to try and keep the translation as accurate as possible.
Gigastorm uses a expression yukkurionen nesurun dazo (ゆっくりおねんねするんだぞ). Literally means to enjoy a long nap / rest. But generally this is used to tell someone to rest in peace.
