"The Last Beacon" gameplay (Ludum Dare 29)
"The Last Beacon" 2D platformer game with logic elements, a little bit of arcade feeling, pixelart graphics, 14 levels and a strange story which is not explained properly. It was made with 30+ hours of pure and hardcore programming (& drawing) for Ludum Dare #29, a rapid game creating event. I'm pretty proud of how it ended, though some aspects of the game are lame.

An algorithm that generates a (quite imperfect) maze by simply spreading a cellular automaton; and a backtrack-based pathfinder is also attached.
The lion stake is written in Lua, LÖVE is used *almost exclusively* for displaying output.
