As soon as they say I am running right now, I am running. Okay, well then there's limits on what you can do with your money. You have to file those quarterly reports. Every dime that you spend has to be accounted for. And it has to be a legitimate campaign ex uh, uh, expense. And of course, being the president there's things that are presidential duties, there's things that would then be campaign duties. And you got a lot of, uh, murkiness and unpleasantness when dealing with all of that, it's very difficult to do.
So Biden is not necessarily saying he's not gonna run again. What he's saying is I'm not gonna say it now, because if I do, then I gotta start doing all this crap with the federal elections commission. And I don't wanna start doing that yet. I don't think at all that this was president Biden saying, listen, I'm probably not gonna run. I just don't see it happening. I think based on his statement, this is just his way of saying, listen, I don't want to do the paperwork yet. That's a lot of work. It sucks. So maybe I'm running. Maybe I'm not. That's legally. What I have to say to avoid jumping through all of the hoops that the FEC puts out there for individuals personally. I'd love it. If he stepped aside. They've admitted, yeah, we paid a hundred billion more because of inflation, but we charged consumers 2 billion more because we can. It, it's always that answer, because we can.

And it is price gouging.
But, but that's what a president does.

It, doesn't, doesn't a president take control of that and say, no, that's not, that's not appropriate. We're not gonna let you do that. But, but the point being is Biden is talking about, hey gee, what we ought do is have a federal tax free day. Okay. Now what does that mean? It means that what we're, what he's doing is he's passing this on indirectly to taxpayers because it, it rounds itself out and taxpayers pay it. The same thing where he goes with a, with the tax, the, the set federal tax excise on, on fuel. I think it's like 18 cents, somewhere 18 to 20 cents. He says there's discussion, well, let's do away with that. Well aren't we really saying, taxpayers why don't you bear the brunt as Exxon makes an 800% increase in their profits, as all of these companies make more money than they've ever made. Why don't we make taxpayers go ahead and burden? It's, it's, it's all they're doing is shifting responsibility. Aren't they?
Yeah. And, and I've, I've repeatedly, you know, talked about on shows, how stupid the gas tax holiday is because do we, does everybody know what the gas tax pays for? It pays for infrastructure in the United States.
Right, right.
So we are literally saying, okay, we're gonna sacrifice our roads and bridges and railways to save you, I think the real number is $270 a year, a year per family. But we're gonna let these oil companies charge you 800% more.
Yeah. In other words, let's let them make money and taxpayer what, what it's, what it's doing, it's, it's externalizing all the risks to taxpayers.

Which name are you trying to clear? You need to be a little bit more specific as you have gone by many aliases in your lifetime. But it's not a witch hunt man. They got you. And therefore, if you're gonna go to the point where you're gonna bring charges, you've gotta be sure that there is little chance you could end up with not getting a conviction. Basically what I'm saying is they wouldn't have brought these charges, even though Santos is universally despised. If they weren't confident they had an airtight case because they know how politically toxic it can be going after a sitting politician, whether it's a Democrat or a Republican. Hell, they actually tried that a couple years ago with the Democrat. My apologies name escapes me. I was reading about it earlier today. Uh, but the charges end up being dismissed and they look like fools. That Democrat, of course now, um, is the, uh, uh, minority leader on a house committee. Um, again, I'm so sorry. The

It's always fun to witness the birth of a new conspiracy theory, and we got to do that this week when the classified documents were of course, reported to have been found in former vice president Mike Pence's home in Indiana. Shortly after that announcement came out, Steve Bannon, of course, took to his getter social media platform and said this to his followers, Judas Pence attempts to provide cover for Biden by having classified documents found in his home. Now, Bannon did not elaborate on this, okay? There was not a follow up sentence. There was not a follow up post on Getter, it was just Judas Pence attempts to provide cover for Biden.
So we have to extrapolate from this single sentence what he means. Obviously, we're talking about Judas, we're talking about traitors. So, so Steve Bannon views Mike Pence as a traitor, either to the American public, to the Republican party, but mostly of course, to Donald Trump because Pence would not overturn the results of the 2020 election. That much is obvious now provides cover for President Biden. Are you implying somehow Mr. Bannon, that Mike Pence seeing all the trouble Biden was having with his document scandal decided, you know what? I've been saving these, these classified documents here for a rainy day, and boy is it storming outside right now. So I'm gonna have my lawyers find them, and then it'll make it look like, Hey, what Biden did isn't so bad. Everybody does it. Ah, I've got some here too. Is that what you're trying to imply? That somehow Mike Pence of all people wanted to help President Biden in any way.
Mike Pence, for all the crap he takes from the MAGA crowd is a very good, loyal Republican. He's a horrible human being with horrible policies, but he's a very, very good Republican. See, while Donald Trump was hoarding cash in the 2022 midterms, Mike Pence was out there raising money and actually giving it to Republican candidates. While Donald Trump was ranting and raving on truth social about the 2020 election, Mike Pence was out there giving speeches about how much he despises President Biden. So Mike Pence has done everything that Republicans are supposed to be doing, right? You're given money to other candidates and you're attacking the opposition party. So if you think for a second that Mike Pence had those classified documents suddenly found because he's trying to run cover for Biden, then you're an idiot. And you clearly aren't smart

He immediately pivoted to Hunter Biden, this man James Comer will not for the life of him, investigate Donald Trump and Kushner's ties to Saudi Arabia and the billions of dollars that the two received due to their close relationship with them. And here's what we know, of course, uh, Jared Kushner got $2 billion from Saudi Arabia shortly after that administration ended. Uh, Donald Trump, of course, helped Saudi Arabia avoid any kind of liability for the killing of Jamal Khashoggi. Uh, and also Donald Trump has inked a deal for a Trump golf resort in Saudi Arabia. And that is a $4 billion deal. And all they had to do was turn a blind eye to all of the abuses being committed by the government of Saudi Arabia. And you get everything you wanted. You get billions of dollars, you get these, uh, nice business deals, we'll help fund everything. Hell, they even sent a couple billion dollars to Steve Minuchin, who was Donald Trump's treasury
Secretary to the group that Minuchin funds. Oh, and of course, let's not forget the l i v golf tour, right? That, uh, Saudi Arabia owns 93% of Donald Trump's been hosting that. So he is getting money off that. He's getting all kinds of deals in favor. So is Jared Kushner again. So is Steve Minuchin, who's kind of remained out of the whole thing but needs to be investigated. This is serious stuff and it needs to be investigated.

I encourage everybody to read it, but he talks about the fact that we have Republican candidates running for president, obviously, that have no chance at winning.
Like they have zero chance whatsoever of beating Donald Trump. Even Nikki Haley, who is surging. And I do think personally, she, she is a threat to Trump, but that's only under certain circumstances that involve Donald Trump getting convicted. But as it stands right now, barring any convictions, Trump's got that nomination on lockdown. So that's the first part of it. The second part of it is, if that's the case, then why the hell are we still dealing with these people? Why am I going to news sites every day and seeing headlines that talk about Chris Christie or Vikk Sami or, you know, uh, who else is left? I guess Ron DeSantis, those people don't matter. Nikki Haley, you know, ostensibly doesn't matter. But the media is still trying to force these people down our throats. They're hosting them for interviews. They're still having these idiotic Republican debates because the media needs it because the media wants it.
The people have said, we don't want it. We don't care. I mean, that most recent Republican presidential debate, the ratings were down to like 3 million. It's doing not very well, but that's still 3 million more than the network probably would've pulled in otherwise. So they will keep beating this dead horse pretending that there is a horse race because it brings in the ratings, it brings in the eyeballs that bring in the ad dollars and so on and so forth. And the public has to suffer through it. The media is manipulating this race by keeping it alive when it's just time to pull the plug. Guys, you know, you've been doing CPR on these Republican candidates for three months now, and there's still no heartbeat. They're not breathing on their own. It's time to let them go, let them walk into the light. We don't need to do a weekend at Bernie's thing and prop 'em up and act like, no, I'm still here. I just have a toothache and that's why my face is managed. That ain't happening. These candidates are not going to do anything meaningful,
At least definitely not your Ramma Swamis and your Chris Christies. So stop devoting time to them. Stop making us think about them, because every time you run a story on these people, there's another more important story that doesn't get the airspace. You know, it's bad enough that sitting where I am right now, my congressman in the US Congress is Matt Gates. My senators are Marco Rubio and Rick Scott. But hey, maybe at least I got a good State House representative, right? Well, no, my State House representative is a man by the name of Alex Andrae. And Mr. Andre recently this week put forward a piece of legislation in the Florida State House that would loosen slander, libel, and defamation laws here in the state. And the critics of this piece of legislation, of which there are many all seem to be laboring under the same belief that this was done solely so that Ron DeSantis and Republicans in that state legislature could more easily sue their critics. So two weeks ago, Ron DeSantis holds his little round table where they all talk about how horrible our slander and libel laws are here in the United States.
They talk about that 1960s New York, uh, times Supreme Court case that kinda raised the bar for what you have to prove to sue an organization for libel. And they just wind and wind to wind about how it's so hard to sue these people when they say mean things about you. So after that happened, apparently my state rep Alexandra got to work drafting up a piece of legislation to appease our authoritarian governor Ron DeSantis, and came up with this legislation that legal experts already say is 100% unconstitutional. Um, which is shocking because Mr. Andrati did in fact go to law school. So he should know that. But nevertheless, he's put it forward. And what it does specifically is it weakens or actually strengthens the, uh, threshold for somebody to be considered a public figure. Basically, being a public figure is what that New York Times Supreme Court case back from the sixties said, once you're a public figure, it's kind of open season.
Um, they're trying to change the definition of what a public figure is Here in the state of Florida, it says, quote, uh, a person does not qualify as a public figure if their fame or notoriety arises solely from defending themselves against an accusation, granting an interview on a specific topic, public employment other than elected office or appointment, uh, by an elected official or a video, an image or a statement uploaded on the internet that has reached a broad audience. So even if you're known publicly, which is what would make you a public figure, uh, you're not actually a public figure. What this does is it protects CEOs, it protects corporations. They're, they're disguising it as this piece of legislation. Oh, it's gonna help the little guy. How many little guys do
You, you know, out there that are getting attacked in the media? The answer is none. But if you take an obscure CEO e o of a massive corporation and maybe nobody knows their name, you do an attack piece on them and they get their feelings hurt, they wouldn't be able to sue because as CEO o of a major multinational corporation, they would be considered a public figure under the Florida bill. They would not. Now, as I mentioned, legal experts have already said this is a hundred percent unconstitutional because you can't have a state law that gives less protection than the federal law, which of course is the first Amendment. But the real goal of this is not necessarily just to weaken the laws, to allow a DeSantis and his buddies to sue their uh, critics.

You know, three weeks ago, we, we did a story and we talked about how so many experts that really do understand how the nuclear process works are saying we are edging more and more towards a nuclear disaster because of crazy steps that government's taken and the media's taken. This story's right on point, isn't it?
It is. You had this Associated Press reporter who immediately came out following an incident and said, oh my God, Russian missiles have been fired at Poland.
Mm-hmm.
They hit in Poland, they killed people. Russia is now attacking a sovereign NATO country, and the NATO country, part of that is obviously the big deal because if you attack a NATO partner, the rest of NATO is going to come at you. And he immediately reported that story. He said it was based on intelligence. I can't name the person.
Yeah, anonymous intelligence.
Somebody told me who's in the intelligence community this was Russia. And the entire media at that point was gearing up for World War III. That was all the headlines. That was all that was going on on social media. We were on the cusp. We truly were.
Okay. You know, first of all, let me back up and break this down a little bit. Poland, the, the folks in charge of Poland said, no, it wasn't Russia.
Right.
There's a lot of bad stuff the Russians have done. I mean, you wanna talk about some really, really bad stuff, there's plenty to talk about, but not to the point to where some little freak says, I have have to be the first to get this story.

You know, I was a journalism major back at University of Florida, and, and back then, it used to be important that you could verify a story. That there was no race to get the first printout when it's something as, as serious as potential World War. And you know, when we did that segment last time, I, I'd remember, I don't know who these commenters are that came in on the, to comment on the segment, but it's an overstatement of the risk. You don't worry about, you don't worry about nuclear, nonsense. This is how it happens. And so this cat, they fire him, but you know what? It ought to wash up his career to tell you the truth. It, it, he, the, the severity of what happened here was so serious that they not only fired him, but, you know, I think he's gonna have a tough time getting a job.

They have a direct interest in going on the air and scaring the hell out of everybody about what's happening in the Ukraine. Well, they should go on the air and they should talk about the balance, the, the slim balance that's taken place right there. You could be involved in a nuclear conflict that quick. Putin is a crazy man. He is a lunatic. And this story to me, I mean, going forward, these folks need to be really, really careful.
