Viewer discretion advised.]] ?━━━━━━━━━━{Understanding Mercs)━━━━━━━━? The Mercenaries is a score-based mini game that was created by Capcom. The style of this minigame was heavily reinvented after the release of Resident Evil 4. It essentially involves the player character killing enemies in the form of a “combo” while applying extra time to the clock. Timers are scattered around the map as various enemies or sub-bosses materialize to impede progress. Once the timer reaches 0 the character is then extracted from the area and given a final ranking. It’s crucial to always kill 150+ enemies in the area while meeting special objectives for the highest possible rank. We will be ranking each distinct character in a tier list as fast as possible. Just to be clear there will be some terminology in this script that you need to be aware of. Boss killer means an item or weapon that is vital to killing a sub-boss. Crowd control means an item or weapon that helps clear enemy swarms within the area. Setups highlight how good the player character is at meleeing an opponent. We’re also taking certain perimeters into consideration. Especially when it comes to characters who can despawn las plagas. Time building is crucial to setups. For example, how fast can you acquire time on the clock due to a melee move? I’ll be starting off from best to worst as we gradually progress down the list. Also keep in mind that this is only my opinion at the end of the day, so if your list differs then that’s completely fine.
