The 2023 Toyota Sequoia replaces the current model after 15 years in production and looks super cool.
This new model is offered in several trim levels, including the TRD Pro model that we filmed, in addition to a top-of-the-line Capstone model and Limited. The Sequoia is now hybrid-only with one powertrain that comes standard on all trims. It’s a twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 putting out 437 horsepower and 583 pound-feet. When equipped with the right package it can also tow up to 9,000 pounds. We don’t have fuel economy numbers yet but we can expect to vastly improve on the last-gen’s big thirsty V8.
Inside, the Sequoia adopts a lot of its character from the Tundra, with a huge 14-inch central screen that runs the latest software from the company. That means wireless apple car play and android auto, Apple Music integration, and impressive connectivity all around. The rest of the cabin includes nice materials like leather and red accent stitching t complement the TRD Pro badging. There are heated and cooled seats, a heated steering wheel, and a wireless charging pad, among other conveniences.
The new Sequoia goes on sale later this year and will be built in the United States. Pricing will come at a later date, but we can expect to review the car in the coming months. For all of the information in the meantime, head over to Motor1.com

Motor1 Executive Editor Seyth Miersma takes Mitsubishi’s three-row Outlander for a spin to see if it’s enough to keep Mitsubishi relevant in the American crossover market.
For more Mitsubishi Outlander: https://www.motor1.com/mitsubishi/outlander/

I’m an avowed Mitsubishi fan. In fact, the now-deceased Lancer Evolution remains one of my very favorite models of all time (I even spent a day arguing its case with a colleague a few years back.)
As a fan of the brand, every time a new Mitsu rolls into the parking lot, I’m hoping for a change of form. That’s because, frankly, the current crop of cars and SUVs hasn’t been very inspiring.
I was crossing my fingers when the 2018 Outlander GT was scheduled as our next Why Buy? subject – this would be my first time in the compact ute since its last redesign. Sadly, for Mitsubishi enthusiasts and normal car buyers alike, the Outlander doesn’t seem to be a curative for the flagging brand’s reputation. Watch this week’s review to find out.

The combination of the long, stretched entry line above the windows and frameless doors give the CLA Coupé its unmistakeable sporty and elegant character. Forming the front end is the striking front section which is raked forwards like a shark nose with a long, stretched bonnet featuring powerdomes.
Flat headlamps together with the low slung bonnet and the diamond radiator grille with central star create the vehicle’s sporty face. The two-piece, narrow tail lamps and the number plate housed in the bumper make the rear of the CLA look especially wide.
