PG&E declares bankruptcy in 2019, due to the California 2017 & 2018 state wide fires... PG&E is equipment was found to be the source of 17 out of 21 fires. The questions is, why is PG&E no longer able to maintain their equipment? A brief discussion asking the question, why has Electricity prices increased from $00.01-$00.03/kwh to $00.36/kwh, which will probably increase to $00.40-$00.50/kwh as the result of PG&E's bankruptcy.
