With that in mind, do we honor the lives of any and all sentient beings sacrificed for our appètit? Btw, in regards to native teachings, in line with animism, pretty much everything in nature has sentience.. Some tribes see rocks as elders.. So if everything has a soul and is connected to creation, or the all/creator or the singularity, whatever, wouldn't we want to live more in harmony with that and treat things and people more sacredly? So in light to diets and such, how many are thanking the lives or life-energy we're consuming from all these plants, animals and such? enough of that tangent, but there's a point to be made in context to what Franklin touched on in this segment. So what can we do as good intending people who want equality for all? it's tricky within this Gordian Knot of socio-political-geographical entanglement, but we can make positive changes through our actions on a daily basis for starters.. This was a very good chat about a topic that is still taboo and one's sexual sovereignty and basic sexual self-discovery and expression seems to not be something widely spoken about in healthy and empowering heart-based intelligent ways. We'll be addressing the unfortunate fact that a lot of sex happens between people as opposed to making love, which can perpetuate divisions and indifference within the individual and their partner We're fortunate to have Brigitte join us and share her insights and research into this matter and for the rest of these show notes, we're going to showcase what she shared with us for this discussion, which is quite fresh, being one of the main veins in her book she's been working on: The Laws Of Light, Emotions, and Sexuality. "Sex is of all things from the beginning. Sex begins when light begins. Sex is the desire for the appearance of being which constitutes the appearance of existence. Nothing can be, without the desire to be. All things are which desire to be. Desire dominates all thinking. Desire dominates all matter. All desire is sex desire. All desire is for the continuance of existence in the orderliness of existence. This is crucial to understand what is said here. It is meant that the principle of Sex extends beyond intercourse. All the ideas we nurture in our minds are the result of a(n alchemical) marriage between association of ideas we desire to explore. Every time we project our desire give birth to an action. And that is what rules our conscious and unconscious alike. I think this is fascinating to see that intellectual Creation always follows the same Sex Principle. During intercourse we project the Oneness with our partners and this is essentially why we desire to relive this oneness and find it so special when we are in a relationship. This is also the root cause of jealousy and rejection when the sexual connection is no longer satisfying or has come to an end. Sex desire is that force in thinking that continues thinking. Existence is continued only through thinking. Sex force is that quality in the electro-magnetic impulse of thinking which continues one impulse of thinking into the next impulse of thinking. Sex is sacred in the sense that it perpetuates life. The Hermetic philosophy defines it as the Regenerative Principle for that very reason. Electro-magnetic impulse because our brain synapses share data in the form of electricity. That may well explain why we are attracted to different points of view and tend to convince others of our ideas. This also perpetuates and stimulates the circulation of trains of thought. Remove the image-making faculty of the father force of Mind, and the production of idea would discontinue. Variance of sex is the mother of desire for unity of sex. Remove the sex desire of Mind for the unity of Oneness of the mother force of Mind, and reproduction of the idea of Mind would discontinue. Matter cannot continue its appearance of existence as form, without the desire to continue such an appearance of existence. Opposing desire in sex expression is the cause of opposing motion. A cause cannot evade its effect. Opposing electromagnetic impulses are sex-expression in creative thinking. Opposing electromagnetic impulses reproduce all effects of creative thinking. However this raises an important issue because most people seem to be looking for a like-minded lover or mate. And although exceptions confirm the rule, I mean that very few really are successful at finding an almost identical match, for most of us seem to be attracted by potential life partners that are rather on the opposite side of the spectrum. Walter Russsel has a good answer for this: that relationships are like electric current and states that the relationship prospers when the lover represents opposing but matching forces. When there is no match in opposition, the relationship deteriorates. We all need challenges. It is key to choosing the challenges wisely. Sex is an electromagnetic equalizer of matter in motion.
