5 Taboo, Weird, or Illegal Things in America That Are Normal in Germany
As an American Student Living in Germany on Exchange for one year, these are 5 things I noticed that are taboo, weird, or illegal in America, that were normal in Germany. It's your classic USA vs. Germany culture and lifestyle comparison video. Enjoy!

Yes, those three things (Taboo, Weird, and Illegal) are vague and could cover almost any topic. With that being said, "5 Random Comparisons between Germany and America that roughly relate under one theme" is perhaps a more accurate title. Unfortunately, that wouldn't be as catchy. What happened was, I started writing a list of things that would are taboo in America but normal in Germany and I didn't realize that as the list grew, it got more and more off a central topic. Regardless, I believe the content the video does cover is at least somewhat interesting.

Content Clarification:
a.) No, on its own, "Drinking Age" is not something that is illegal or taboo in America. Where the comparison is drawn, and I should have said this in the video, is that drinking at such a "young" age is both illegal and taboo in America.

The CBYX Germany Vlog I thought I lost, but found in the end. In this video my German host dad and I pick up a stranded CBYX participant from a McDonalds somewhere in Germany. Also, I visit a country music beer Garden somewhere in Nuremberg. Country Music and Germany don't normally mix, so this was and interesting experience to say the least.
