Minneapolis teacher and activist Marcia Howard speaks out following Chauvin guilty verdict
Teacher and activist Marcia Howard has organized protests at the area outside Cup Foods in Minneapolis, where George Floyd died last year. Howard spoke to the community Tuesday afternoon following Officer Derek Chauvin being found guilty on murder and manslaughter charges.
Howard celebrated what she sees as a victory, but warns against letting the activists "capitulate to the powers of the state."
