This is a video of the process of putting a new cylinder, rings, piston on a 1975 TL125 Trials Honda. It includes installing the timing chain and timing procedure. I bought the cylinder which is a 56.5mm. It came with a piston and properly gapped rings.

Mayonnaise is an emulsion…a mixture of oil & egg yolk. It is easy to create an emulsion. The only thing you have to be aware of is to not add the oil to the yolk to quickly Put these ingredients into a bowl 2 egg yolks 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper Whisk until mixed Slowly add 1 cup of a clean tasting oil Using low grade Olive oil tastes harsh and using a top shelf Olive oil is so expensive. Vegetable oil works great. First use a teaspoon to add the oil while whisking. As it turn a lighter color switch to a Tablespoon. Finally slowly pour the rest of the oil into the bow while continuously whisking. That is all there is to it. You can add herbs or spices. It you add garlic it is an aioli. Recipe Below! :) Shrimp Linguini or Fettuccini w/ Alfredo Sauce (Healthy) SO the beauty of this recipe is that you use the starch in the pasta to make the Alfredo Sauce. You WON’T have to make a separate Alfredo sauce using butter and flour…so it is healthier! 1 T Olive Oil 4 Cloves Garlic 2 Cups Chicken Stock 1 Cup Milk 2 T Butter 8 oz Fettuccini or linguine 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Chopped Parsley Use a large skillet Medium High Heat Add oil & Garlic - Sauté To that add the chicken stock, milk, butter & fettuccine or linguine . Simmer, stirring occasionally for a half hour or until the fettuccine is covered in a thick sauce and is cooked through. Take out if skillet and sprinkle with parmesan and Parsley. 1982 Harley Davidson Shovelhead FXRS Superglide ll I bought this bike a couple of years ago from someone who had not taken it out of the garage since the 80's. It had a little over 6000 original miles on it. The "ham-can" air filter had been replaced with an after market unit that was smaller. The exhaust had been replaced with a Screamin' Eagle exhaust system. I was able to track down the original air filter assembly and exhaust on ebay. Brisket to Corned Beef -Buy a brisket -Because I am corning the whole brisket I don’t care about the Tri Tip. Trim off any oxidized parts (brown parts) and any fat that doesn’t look good. -Cut it in half -Put them in sealable bags or a container where they can be submerged. Upu will mix the cure and add it to these bags. If you don’t have sealable bags get a container with a lid where you can submerge it. -Mix up the cure below 1 Gallon Water 1 Cup Salt 1 T Curing Salt Bay leaves Coriander seeds Mustard Seeds Allspice Berrys 1 T Ginger Ground Cinnamon sticks broken up Whole Peppercorns Whole Cloves Whole Chilies Juniper Berries 3/4 cups brown sugar Garlic Cloves Whisk together and drop in with brisket.
