Tucker Carlson literally went on his cable news show, which is the most popular, most watched cable news show in the country and pulled to Michael Scott. Hate speech is just speech that you hate. No, Tucker hate speech is what you do pretty much on a daily basis. You go out there, you attack, you demonize, you go after marginalized people. Here in the United States, you say horribly untrue things about them, which of course, in turn can cause people to commit acts of violence against those marginalized groups.
That's what you do. Hate speech is saying that immigrants are coming into our country and making it dirtier. That's hate speech. And that also, by the way, is something you've said I think on several occasions. But furthermore, hate speech is not just made up. It is literally in the dictionary. So what does the dictionary have to say about it? Speech expressing hatred of a particular group of people. According to Maram Webster, according to the Cambridge dictionary, hate speech is defined as quote, public speech that expresses hate or encourages violence toward a person or group based on something such as race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation, which pretty much sounds like every single thing every Republican in this country is engaged in right now. Hate speech does in fact exist and hate speech is very prominent over on the the right. Not saying it doesn't exist on the left, but I am saying that most of it is coming from the right, But there's of course a reason.

Donald Trump continues to get duped by some of the stupidest people on social media. On Wednesday of this week, twice, twice, on Wednesday of this week, Donald Trump shared a post on truth social from Laura Loomer that was shared by George Santos. And this post from Laura Loomer claims that a bearded man sitting in the courtroom for New York, uh, for Donald Trump's New York fraud trial, this bearded man was in fact Judge Arthur Enger, Ron's son. And he was given, being given, excuse me, preferential treatment, sitting right there in the front row, you know, a firsthand account of Donald Trump's trial, which somehow would benefit the man if he were Judge Arthur Engerman's son. Like little murky on that part, right? Like, okay, if if it's his son, like who? Okay, his son's in the courtroom. Oh no. Like what, what does that even have to do with anything that doesn't affect the outcome?
And it especially doesn't affect the outcome. 'cause the man is actually not Judge Arthur Engerman's son. He is a reporter by the name of Ben Coman for the New York Post. And he had to put out an op-Ed saying, I'm the guy in the photo. I'm not Judge Ingerman's son. I I, I'm just there reporting on it 'cause it's my job. Like, why, why are you even saying I'm his son? Like, what? That doesn't even make sense. You just picked a random dude in the crowd. I'm like, Nope, that's his son. And you know how we know that she just picked a random dude and made this baseless claim because she did it last month too. Just a random guy in the courtroom. And Loomer goes out there like, this is Inger, Ron's son. And then when it's like, Nope, nope, that's not, she's like, okay, well this guy's anger on suck.
Like she's playing Guess who with the fricking crowd in the New York fraud trial. And Trump repeats it Trump's like, oh, look at this, this is terrible. George Santos said he raised this issue and this is what Trump had shared too. Raise the issue with his former colleagues, but they didn't do anything about it. What are they gonna do? Even if it were Iran's son? What would they do? Like you can't bring your kids to court. But like that, that doesn't change the the trial at all. He's not letting his grown adult son take takeover proceedings for the day. It's just a dude in the courtroom. To make things worse, Donald Trump also, uh, repeated his false claims by sharing posts on true social alleging that Judge Jinger's wife is posting all these anti-Trump things on social media when in fact she doesn't have a social media. Attacking people that he thinks may be his son falsely attacking people that are not his wife 'cause he thinks it's his wife. It's just a real stupid thing because again, Donald Trump continues to get duped by some of these stupidest people on social media. In a six to three vote released on Tuesday, the United states' extremist Supreme court further eroded our first amendment protection, specifically the separation of church and state. This new ruling came from a case out of the state of Maine. And what Maine had done is you've got a lot of rural areas where residents do not have access to public schools in some places. So the state had a program where they would give you grants so that you could pay to send your child to a private school. But these grants, because it was, you know, taxpayer money, government money, you couldn't use 'em to go to any school that had religious education, basically a secular school can't do it, but you've got plenty of options with other private schools in these areas. You can go to these instead. Everybody has access at this point.
Well, got challenged in court, made it all the way to the Supreme court and chief justice. John Roberts said in his ruling quote Maine's program promotes stricter separation of church and state than the federal constitution requires. The state pays tuition for certain students in private schools. So long as the schools are not religious, that is discrimination against religion. He says, sounds like chief justice. John Roberts needs to actually read what the frigging constitution says. It's not discrimination against religion. It is literally following the letter of the law of the constitution. Oh, it's, it's, it's much stricter than what the constitution says. The constitution just says you can't do it at all. It says no. So I'm not sure how the state also saying no can be stricter than the constitution. This was an exceptionally flawed ruling from John Roberts. Again, that further erodes the separation of church and state here in the United States.
Now, again, I don't know that it's time to, you know, fully sound the alarm bells on this particular issue. You know, we, it remains to be seen obviously whether or not this is going to allow public funds to be able to U a, a fund secular schooling for people in areas where public high schools or other schools are available in Maine. Maybe that's the exception, but we'll have to wait and see. And that of course is always one of the scariest things, because now that we have this court precedent, even though precedent clearly doesn't matter to this Supreme court at all, but it will matter to other conservative judges across the country. They could potentially use this ruling as justification to allow for private school vouchers, you know, using public funds to go to religious schools.
So that is of course the inherent danger of all of this that we, as taxpayers will eventually begin to start funding religious indoctrination of students here in the United States. That is what this Supreme court just cracked open the door for. I'm not even gonna say they threw the door wide open, but they opened that door a little bit. So we'll have to wait and see what some of these other conservative justices across the country have to say about it. When it inevitably comes to them in their states,

This week the Wall Street Journal decided to catch up with some of Donald Trump's so-called friends in New York City. And they all pretty much told the new, uh, wall Street Journal that this fraud trial in New York City is the one that of course bothers Donald Trump the most. But then they said that the results of this trial could be his psychological undoing, his psychological undoing. Now here's the thing, this trial, the fraud trial in New York, which is not criminal in nature, like Trump's not gonna go to jail regardless of what happens with the results of this trial. He's just gonna have to pay money. And of course it's gonna prove that he lied about the value of his properties and his own net worth. But that's why he's freaked out more about this one than any of the other trials. And I've been saying that for a long time now, folks, regular viewers here, know that yes, this is barren standard line.
I've been saying it for a while, but to hear it coming from his friends in this Wall Street Journal piece, these people see it. These people know him clearly better than I do 'cause I don't know him at all, thank God. But they know it too because it's that obvious. His panicked posts on truth social, you know, calling Letitia James a racist, attacking the judge, attacking everybody else involved in this, just going absolutely, you know, monkey crap over what is happening here when all it is is a civil trial. Makes no sense until you realize this is about his ego, not about the criminal penalties, not about the civil penalties, it's all about his ego. Here is what Trump biographer David K. Johnston had to say about this issue. Donald is his money, and that's the single most important thing to understand, and it's the sum and substance of who he is.
He was raised by a monster of a father who was involved with two, with the two biggest mafia families in New York and up to his eyeballs, and he taught Donald that getting the money was all that mattered. And the win is all that matters. Anything that would take away his appearance of being very wealthy emphasize that word appearance is a threat to his very existence. That's the core of the problem Donald is facing here. This is more threatening to Donald's mind than the prospect of going to prison, which he can put off as, oh, that's not going to happen. He sees this happening as part of the reason he's sitting there in the courtroom because he doesn't have to be there at this stage.
So it's all about his ego, it's all about his appearance. It's all about being able to convince people that you have more money than you actually have because as David K. Johnston there brilliantly point out Donald is his money. And if we find out when this trial concludes that that money is a hell of a lot smaller than he told us, then it's not just the value, it's not just the money that's smaller. Trump gets smaller, his influence gets smaller, his power gets smaller, his ego gets smaller. So I agree with these Trump friends. I agree with biographer David K. Johnston. This trial could be the one that finally mentally breaks Donald Trump

According to former attorney general, bill BARR, New York attorney general Latisha. James is making a huge mistake going after Donald Trump. And this whole thing he says is going to backfire and actually make people more sympathetic to Donald Trump. Let me read this statement. This is from an interview that bill BARR gave earlier this week, uh, where he is talking about Trump's kids. so stupid. What ultimately persuades me that this is a political hit job. Uh, she, James grossly overreaches, when she drags the children into this, yes, they had roles in the business, but this was Trump's personal financial statement. It was prepared by Trump org, CFO, Allen Weisselberg accounting firms were involved in it. The children aren't going to know the details of that, nor are they expected in the real world to do their own due diligence and have it reviewed independently. Then he was asked if he thinks it'll backfire.
And he says, yes, because I think it will make some people sympathetic for Trump. That this is another example of people piling on because of Trump derangement syndrome. Trump D arrangement syndrome, an investigation that has taken multiple years to conclude that resulted in a civil lawsuit and criminal referral charges. Um, this isn't a political witch hunt bill. This isn't Trump derangement syndrome. This is evidence of crimes that Donald Trump is facing a very severe penalty for allegedly committing and his kids as executives in that business. We're all part of it. Their names are also on some of these documents. You're out there. One pretending that, oh, these are little bitty children. They didn't do anything wrong. They're just outside playing ball. No, these are grown adults. Hell, they're older than me. And I think I'm getting on up there these days. These are adults with their own lives, their own minds, their own roles in the company.
And they signed off on these things as well. So don't act like they're trying to bring in Donald Trump's, you know, young children. It's not like they're going after Barron Trump for this. These are his adult children that ran his company while he was serving as the president they're at the top. And they have to go down to because they were as Laeticia. James pointed out a part of the scheme. Secondly, oh, this is gonna make people sympathetic to Trump. Yeah. It's probably gonna make the mag crowd more sympathetic to Donald Trump. Those people out there with all that Trump gear that they wear every day, writing on their cars and Sharpies about how much they love Trump. They're probably gonna be more sympathetic towards him. But the public at large is about sick and tired of this man. A majority of people in this country want to see him prosecuted. A majority of voters wanna see him prosecuted. And you're sitting there giving an interview saying, well, I don't think this is gonna

A new report from Politico this week suggests that Mark Meadows, and of course many of the other indicted co-conspirators in Georgia are not only planning on flipping on Donald Trump, but there may be ample evidence already to suggest that they have already flipped on Donald Trump. Specifically, Politico points out the fact that during his testimony under oath last week where Meadows was trying to get his case moved from state court to Federal Court, Meadows did in fact say that he did the things he did because Donald Trump, the president of the United States, ordered him to do so. And of course, the report states that other indicted co-conspirators, specifically Kenneth Chesbro, possibly Sidney Powell, are planning on going into court long before Trump gets his chance so that they can throw him under the bus before he can do that to them. Now, none of that is new. What is new is part of the transcript of the back and forth during that day when Meadows was in court last week, that really has been glossed over, and it's probably the most important piece of testimony that we have heard from anybody in any of these Trump indictments.
And the thing I love about it is, I literally brought this up as a possibility last week and said that if they go and make this argument, then they've got Trump basically, you know, by the, uh, by the neck. And Meadows made it. Here's what happened. Meadows said, and I'm, I'm gonna leave out a lot of context 'cause the context isn't important, but Meadows goes, what I didn't want to happen was for the campaign to prevail in court action and not have this talking about the slates of electors. And then the prosecutor, Anna Cross asked him why. And here's what Meadows responded with, because I knew I'd be yelled at by the president of the United States.
Boom, there it is. The coercion, the Fear Meadows is telling the court under oath that he did what he did, right? He organized, helped organize with the states the fake slates of electors because he was afraid of how Donald Trump would react if he didn't have them. Now, as I pointed out last week, Donald Trump, of course at this time was the president of the United States, the most powerful person on the planet, arguably. So, when the most powerful person on the planet tells you to do something and you are so afraid of how they're going to react, if you do not do it, that's coercion, right? You cannot escape that. In a position of power above you, orders you to do something. There is that implied threat that if you do not do this, bad things will happen to you. Maybe it's, I yell at you. Maybe it's I get on Twitter and make fun of you. Maybe I fire you. Maybe I try to find some stupid reason to have you arrested. Who knows what the threat could have been? But Meadows has now made the argument in court under oath that he feared Donald Trump's reaction if he didn't do it. If these other co-conspirators, I don't care if they're the lawyers, I don't care if they're just the average everyday people, if they all go into court and make these same claims, that is effectively game over for Donald Trump at that point.

Well folks, more drama this week out of the state of Texas and this time, it once again, centers around embattled Republican attorney general, Ken Paxton. Here's the backstory on what's taking place right now in Texas. Paxton, along with Donald Trump spoke at that January 6th rally, the stop the steal rally, that proceeded the Capitol insurrection. And as we all know, after the insurrection took place a day or two after, Twitter decides to finally come out and says, we ban Donald Trump from our platform forever.
