Eighth video in a series that I'm making detailing how to make a 2D Adventure game with Krita and Godot.
In this section we create the art assets needed to create a health GUI similar to the one used in Hollow Knight but much more basic.
In the next section of this tutorial we code the functionality of the health user interface.

Third video in a series that I'm making detailing how to make a 2D Adventure game with Krita and Godot. In this section we create all the environment assets in Krita. Krita is a free and opensource painting / drawing / image manipulation program.
I could not find the paper texture that I used but I used this one after recording the tutorial and in my opinion it actually looked better:

Search around on free stock image sites for your own paper texture if you don't like this one.
