What you will need (makes two 6 ounce Bloody Mary's):
*a Juicer (I use the Jack LaLanne power juicer)
*Vodka (I prefer Belvedere)
*2-3 Roma tomatoes (or any other tomato)
*1 habanero pepper (de-seeded)
*1/5 of a bunch of green onions
*1/2 stalk of celery
*handful of cilantro
*1 garlic clove
1. Start by getting all the ingredients cleaned off and ready. All this will require is rinsing everything with water. Then, turn on your juicer and start juicing the above ingredients.
2. Stir the fresh squeezed juice of all the ingredients.
3. Pour over ice and mix with 1 and 1/2 ounces of your favorite vodka for each 6 ounce Bloody Mary. Then, add some fresh ground pepper and any salt you might like in the drink as well, though salt is not necessary.

Exercises for testosterone:
High weight, low reps in the weight room on compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows, weighted pullups... an example is doing 5 sets of 2 to 5 reps at a very heavy weight for you with a 2 minute break in between.
Exercise for hgh:
Interval training: 1 minute of full-intensity jump rope followed by 1 minute rest, then repeat this sequence 9 more times.
All-out sprints: 10 50-yard all-out full-intensity sprints. Rest period is your walk back to the starting point.
Circuit training: Usually done in the weight room, involves high reps and short rest periods. P90X plyometrics is another example of effective high rep low rest training, great for increaseing human growth hormone.
