4 weeks ago, ResMed had a massive MyAir outage. One of the most annoying and confusing things was the automated email they sent out telling users they were not receiving data. It's poorly worded and just a shit email overall. It's not useful in any way
Despite my sharing a detailed video on why it's a shit email and how they could improve it for next time, that feedback has fallen on the deafest of ears. Once again, it is groundhog day, with many new ResMed users posting all over social media looking for assistance.
This company is getting dumber by the day!

Everything you need to know about the new Medistrom Lite CPAP battery systems! CPAP batteries are used when you don't have access to a standard AC power socket. When using a cpap battery it's important that you switch off your humidifier and heated tube if you are using one as these components will drain the battery faster.
