The process is quite straightforward, and includes a negative COVID-19 test less than 72 hours from departure to Aruba, completion of an online form and purchasing of a mandatory COVID-19 travel insurance policy ($30 ordered directly with Aruba). This will result in a special PDF form with a QR code that you must show before boarding your flight to Aruba.
