Today we will be looking at the reason why some fuel systems have 2 fuel filters and why other fuel systems only have 1. These filters were provided by Evil Energy for a dyno mule build that we will be doing fairly soon. The filters in question are an evil energy 100 micron fuel filter as well as an evil energy 30 micron fuel filter. if you were running this on an efi system, you would probably want to run the 10 micron fuel filter instead. Paired up with those two filters is a high volume external fuel pump that will be fed via a factory fuel tank or fuel cell.
In this video we will be going over what exactly is PTFE Fuel Hose and if it's a good value for what you need it for. Surrounding the stainless steel braid is a nylon braid that not only looks good, it also protects the stainless braid from abrasion. Today we are going over the carburetor build for my turbo LS build. This carburetor started life as an alcohol carb race demon and soon it will be set up for regular 87 octane gasoline. Once I finish the tune for 87, I will be adding a cam and then later retuning for the switch to e85. Once all that preliminary tuning is out of the way, I will be installing the turbo charger and begin tuning on that as well. As I step up the power levels, this carb will get wilder and wilder so you dont want to miss any of the holley carb secrets!

Today we are at the Power Probe booth at the 2022 SEMA Show. I am joined today by Dave who walks us through what the function of a power probe is and what it can be used for. Dave only touched on a few topics but considering just how many accessories are available for the power probe devices, I'm sure there is a lot of untapped potential that we have not even begun to see. Again, thank you Dave and the guys over at Power Probe for allowing me to interview them and play with their diagnostic tool!

Today we are going through the installation of the electric fan wiring for made by Maradyne High Performance Fans. This thermostat uses a capillary tube to activate the switch that grounds out the electric fan relay. The harness supplied with this kit is designed to work with A/C, without A/C, single fan and also dual fan set ups. Installation took about 45mins and difficulty would be rated at about 2 out of 5. Maradyne HP also sells a kit that uses a temp sensor type of switch that can be mounted in the intake or somewhere on the engine. The kit shown in this video is non invasive meaning that none of the engine needs to be taken apart in order to install this kit. For more info, check out: https://maradynehp.com/

Today we are taking a classic 375 hp 440 mopar big block, and seeing how much power the legendary engine actually makes. We are using the California Auto Workz chassis dyno for all this testing. I hope these numbers dont break the hearts of anyone!
Its dyno day for the 1970 dodge challenger rt! This car is sporting an original 440 HP from 1970. The engine has been rebuilt to factory specs with only a few minor changes. We will be running this car on the California Auto Workz dyno in Hemet California. Carburetion is controlled by a Proform 750 mechanical secondary, race series carburetor sitting on top of a dual plane aluminum intake. Exhaust is handled by a set of 1-7/8 long tube headers ran into dual 2.5 exhaust tied together with an xpipe and then entering into a set of chambered mufflers. The transmission is a 727 automatic and the rear end is a mopar 8-3/4 3.23 sure grip rear end, both original units. Today we will find out what a 440 mopar big block ACTUALLY does on a real dyno. This aint no motorhome 440, I hope it makes good power but we'll see!

HOW TO CONVERT VACUUM BRAKES TO HYDROBOOST BRAKES! | W100 Brake Upgrade | Carb LS Swapped Dodge |
Hydroboost! Back again with another how to video, this time I'll be showing you guys what I did to tackle installing a hydroboost unit into a vehicle that came without hydroboost from factory. You want to do this swap if you want some high performance stopping power on a heavy vehicle or if you tow a lot. Always take care when dealing with your own brake system because they are the only thing stopping you from nailing the car in front of you. Good luck and thanks for watching!

DIY bumper build for the first time! I've never done something like this, but that seems to be a growing trend of mine that there are too many things that I have not done. Today I will be tackling building my own bumper using scrap steel that I have laying around my place. I will be using techniques and tools that everyone usually has themselves. I'm doing this mod to my ls swapped dodge w100 d100 truck but you can do this to do your own bumper build jeep ford chevy toyota etc. This is only part 1 but part 2 should be around shortly!
I got a little inspiration from Nate at Dirt Lifestyle! I spent the last 4 nights putting in the extra work and building a custom winch bumper in my garage using tools you can easily buy at Harbor Freight for cheap. The basics that you will need is a welder, an angle grinder, a drill with drill bits and some c clamps. I put about 3 or 4 hours each night after work to finish the winch bumper and by the end of the 4th night, I was so glad that it was over. I'm not a very meticulous person, so busting out exact measurements is a tough for me because I usually like to eyeball entire projects. This was good practice and I'm sure it will help when I build my next bumper! I am thinking of building an off road bumper with a spare tire rack for my next project so if this gets enough traction, I'll be posting another diy bumper video soon!
