Leanne Mohammed. Prospective candidate for Ilford North.
Leanne Mohammed, Prospective candidate for Ilford North, gives a powerful speech at the Palestine solidarity demonstration in London on Saturday 9th March 2024.
Calling out the hypocrisy of Labour Party bourgeois “feminists”, she asks: Where is your solidarity with the women of Gaza?
The truth is that Labour Party support the Genocide because they support British Imperialism looting of the world, and the Racist ideology and practice that goes with it.
No one of us is free until we all are free!
Vote for Leanne Mohammed. Destroy the Labour-Tory imperial monopoly on power. Wage war on the imperialist system and its Genocide in Gaza! ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzhx62anNqY
Bob marley would have turned in his grave to know that whoever holds copyright over his song "War" (lyrics: untill there are no longer first class and citizens of any nation, everywhere is war...) uses it as a pretext to stop the truth about US / UK's latest imperial and colonial war on Libya from reaching the ears of the masses... or some of them!
Here with amended soundtrack, we therefore present:
The report of a CPGB-ML led delegation to Libya in June 2011. What is the situation on the ground? Why should British, European and American workers support the Libyan people and their chosen leadership, Colonel Gaddafi's government? Why should we oppose NATO? How is this linked with capitalist crisis and worker's struggle for jobs, pensions and security?

It is often said that only two things in life are certain: Death and taxes!
Or maybe three. That at some point you and your family will need medical help. That's why British workers still overwhelmingly support our NHS, which lends a helping hand to all, and a lifeline to those of us who need it - when we need it most.
It is a hand that 70 years of experience have led us to trust, and to love. Some of those experiences have been opsweeter, some more bitter, but all have made our lives infinitely easier than had it not been there - yet all is not rosy in our NHS garden
In this excellent video, NHS Health campaigner and GP Dr Bob Gill and NHS Surgeon Ranjeet Brar speak about the challenges faced and the threat posed to our National Health Service by privatisation that started as a slow, hidden creep, but is increasingly breaking cover and becoming a headlong gallop toward the ditch of a disjointed and bankrupt system. We cannot afford to let that happen. We cannot allow ourselves to become resigned to its inevitability. We cannot afford to stop caring for the health system and its workers - who care tirelessly for us.
This meeting took a generous donation to help Dr Bob Gill , who is paying the enormous production costs of his very important movie "the great NHS heist", out soon, and dedicated to spreading knowledge of how our NHS is being damaged by privatisation, and what we can do to save it.
If you wish to help, (HELP!!) you can donate right now: https://uk.gofundme.com/thegreatnhsheist
Please give generously! We have undertaken to help him, and the best way is to organise a meeting locally, invite him along, educate your friends, colleagues and neighbours, and take a collection.
When his movie "the great NHS heist" (and it really is a robbery; grand larceny!!) comes out, invite him for a screening and do the same!
Think of it as an investment - a cheap one, but a shrewd one. Trust me, you never want to see a private medical bill, a private health insurance premium, or get told your insurance won't foot the bill for your medical care when you, your child, your parents, relatives or close friends get ill (we will all need the NHS, and none of us know when, out how badly).

Authorities in Mali and Burkina Faso issued a joint statement on the situation in Niger, where they warned ECOWAS against an invasion and said an attack on Niger would mean an attack on Mali and Burkina Faso.

Although Darwin himself was a conservative figure in his personal life, his scientific work is nothing short of revolutionary, showing conclusively that biological species had not simply been created as they were (as was the previous metaphysical and religious conception), but had evolved. The world, even living organisms, then, are simply complex and beautiful forms of matter in motion.
In proving Evolution as fact, Darwin not only dealt a body blow to these religious conceptions, but published a great work of dialectical materialist reasoning. Engels, in his classic work "the dialectics of nature" welcomed Darwin's weighty contribution, and pointed out that the logical extension of this method into the realm of human society was historical materialism.
It is the capitalist class's antipathy to the social implications of Darwin's work, as demonstrated by Marx and Engels, that has led to the neglect of dialectics as an explicit method within modern science, yet the concepts of dialectics are frequently 're-discovered' in diverse fields of enquiry - simply because all phenomena are essentially matter in motion, and dialectics describes the fundamentals of this motion.
Namely that all phenomena arise, develop and decay (whether species, or social systems); that phenomena must be understood, not in isolation, but in their relations with their environment; and that change takes place as a product of antagonistic forces (competition between organisms and their environment in nature, but between social classes in human society)

Where did stalin's power and prestige come from? Was he really a dictator? What is Lenin's teaching on the relationship between leaders, party and class. In the working class' struggle for emancipation, do we need leaders at all?

A poem for Godfrey Cremer, written and read at his funeral by his comrade Ella Rule, vice-president of the CPGB-ML.
A memorial meeting will be held in Saklatvala Hall, Southall, at 6pm on 12 May 2012 to honour our fallen comrade, and celebrate his life, his work and his contribution to the struggle for the emancipation of the working class. All are welcome.
Lyrics:
We thought that Godfrey'd gone away
Although we'd begged him please to stay
"There's so much work, death's not your fate
Without your help the load's too great!"
How will we print the papers and leaflets?
How will we know the place to meet?
Who will support us when we're down?
Who'll make sure we've got what we need?
Who will correct us when we're in a muddle?
Who will make sure we study and read?
Who will be ready with a smile and a joke?
How can the Party from now on proceed?
But Godfrey hasn't lived and fought in vain.
He's transferred himself into the fabric of being
Of every comrade he knew and inspired
And he lives on inside us without our seeing.
He'll always be there to give us guidance,
To spur us on to work a bit harder
To gently tease us out of despondence
To share his love, his wisdom, his laughter.
We will hear his voice from deep inside
If ever we think there is time to skive
If we think we can't follow his selfless devotion
If picking up his baton seems an impossible notion,
If we run from our duty to serve the working class
And stop striving to build competent leadership
If we stray away from revolution's path
In search of cheap popularity and hero worship
Be sure he will notice and he will care
And his voice will follow us everywhere:
"I may be gone but I'm not forgotten;
And if you don't pull your weight, I'll bother you rotten".

LALKAR Obituary

It is with the greatest of sadness that the CPGB-ML and Proletarian announce the death of one of their staunchest comrades in the early hours of 26 March from pancreatic cancer and further complications arising therefrom. Although he was diagnosed as suffering from this lethal disease only two months ago, it was already in a very advanced state.
The political career of Godfrey Cremer started in the late 1960s, since when he worked exceptionally hard in the cause of the emancipation of the proletariat and the oppressed peoples of the world. His name is indelibly connected with the movement for solidarity with the people of Vietnam, the people of Korea, China, Palestine, southern Africa (in particular Zimbabwe), Ireland, Libya, Syria and Iran.
Godfrey Cremer was an internationalist through and through

CPGB-ML Chairman Harpal Brar sums up his case at the Durham Union, opposing the motion "the West has the duty to impose democracy". Pointing out that this is the new formulation of the old colonial expression that the west, and Britain in particular, had a "duty to civilize the colonies", He goes on to state that imperialism does not seek democracy, it seeks domination.
Speaking against the mover of ht emotion, one Dr Mendoza, who works for a bourgeois 'think tank', and is in other words an ideological flunkey of the bourgeoisie, he uses a few well known modern day examples of Britain and the US "exporting democracy" from 10,000 feet, namely, Iraq, Afghanistan and Palestine, to illustrate the point.
THese conflicts are about domination of the world's resources, markets and labour, the source of all wealth, and not about "liberal interventionism" or humanitarianism.
THe people of the world, left to themselves can solve their own problems in their own interests without imperialist intervention, and it is in the interests of British working people to make common cause with the anti-imperialist resistance if it ever wants to throw off its own chains and settle accounts with its own ruling class.
