Fallout 4 AMD anti-aliasing issue and fix (No Audio)

Here is a split screen of the same scene in Fallout 4. The graphic settings were set to almost the same settings, but as you can see on the left there are serious artifacts. While the right is without them.
These artifacts are not directly related to the anti-aliasing settings in Fallout 4. They seem to be related to the God Rays setting.
To fix it, you have to reset your video settings to LOW, then manually change all the setting to high, ultra or what ever you like. BUT don't enable God Rays. Leave them off.
I have an XFX 6950 2GB, I find that running on High/Ultra mix works well. YMMV
