Kenneth Heilbron (1903-1997) is one of the America's great, but still not fully recognized photographer. He was born in Chicago, and spent there most of his life. He turned to professional photography in 1929, during the Depression, becoming a successful portrait, commercial and fashion photographer. He worked for Time, Life and Fortune magazines and taught at the school of the Art Institute of Chicago. His major subject include circus, cats, still life, fashion and advertising. The photographs presented in this video were shot in France, during horse races in Chantilly Jockey Club; probably in the late fifties.
Kenneth was a prosperous photographer, but he never had to compromise his high artistic standards. Having a real passion, knowledge of composition and photography technic he was able to make a beautiful prints, many of them just for his own pleasure and needs. They proof Heilbron wasn't just a craftsman, but also an artist.
The music used in this video:

The game was played on February 1, 2014 during the snow storm, which delayed arrival of the cameraman. For that reason, after missing two goals scored by Knights, it was decided, the no goal would be shown in a video :) Hope you enjoy the film anyway!
It is a community, non commercial project to be enjoyed by young hockey players; for that reason I've decided to use 'Arcade Fire" song without having the producer's permission. I think it is "a fair use", and I believe the band wouldn't mind :)
