Well as I said in the video, I missed three days of Insanity. There goes my goal of 100% completion without missing anything but what can I do?

Here we are my friends, day 2 completed! It took me all day to get this one in but in the end I pushed play. I recommend you start as early as you can in the day so you can avoid waiting to long. Life tends to get in the way and this can easily allow you to skip workouts. Don't do that!
Plyometrics rocks and it's so much better than my first day doing it. Not going to lie, my first time through I got nauseous half way through and cramped at the end. I did it but nearly died =) - Ok, perhaps that's an exaggeration, but it was Tough! Believe me, it still is a challenge but after one round done of p90x already, it's some much easier to Bring It! Love this one.
Remember that you and you alone are in control of your life and your reactions. Take Action and Take Responsibility for your health and fitness! If you plan to be a coach, Don't Wait! It takes time to build so get in there and get setup for success ASAP. This is not me selling - this is me telling you what you need to do to be successful. Do it!

Today on the P90X Workout Schedule was Kenpo X. I love this one! It's an intense cardio workout with a bunch of kicking, punching, blocking, and a combination of all the above!
I always build up a great sweat in this video - I think next week I may mix it up with Kenpo Cardio + (Plus) from the P90X+ series, it's just a thought right now but I think it would be fun to add a change.
I have recently been considering doing both back to back - Imagine: Kenpo X followed directly by Kenpo Cardio Plus! How intense would that be!? Perhaps I will find out =).

Workout was a success! Could improve but overall I am happy with my day.
Weighted Legs
Isolated Core for 6 minutes
Ran steady state with a few spurts 16 minutes
We are not quite 30 days in after a good 8 months of nothing so I am turning up the heat slowly.
I am full in with the meal portion and tracking though. Deficit just under maintenance is my goal up until the end of March.
Not happy about losing a couple cups of old fashioned oats. But, these things happen. At least it was dry and didn't explode in the microwave. /shrug
Was thinking about going Live tomorrow on Sat (Feb 6th). I really need to input my data from the last week into MyFitnessPal. Thought I would share it. Not sure if I'm under goal or over but I need to make sure I am taking in enough energy for the output that's been happening.
We can see and talk about that on the live.
