Best listened to on headphones, while lying down in a comfortable space that you won’t be disturbed for at least 25 mins. Relax. Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing and bring your awareness to your heart centre. As the drumming begins listen to the rhythm and follow wherever your imagination takes you. When it is time to return bring with you all the images and sensations that you experienced.. If you have a journal, spend some time writing about your experience. Enjoy this time for you.
